Cookies Provided by 3rd Party Supplier with the Following:
"Cookies included; Semi Sweet Chocolate Chip, Milk Chocolate Chip, Macadamia Nut with White Chocolate, Pecan Caramel with White Chocolate, Oatmeal Raisin, Peanut Butter with Peanut Butter Chips. We send a variety of all 6 flavors. Each cookie is approximately 1/4 lb., individually wrapped and labeled with the ingredients on the back. No artificial flavors or colors in any of our cookies. We mix our own cookie dough and bake on site every day."
Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number. Please track your package. You must alert the recipient or the nurses station that a package is arriving or already in the hospital. In most cases the tracking information will also provide the department and the person that signed for the package. This information will help the nurse find the person that signed for the package and get the package to the patient faster.
Our gifts are usually delivered to shipping and receiving and that department is responsible to sort out patient deliveries. They routinely take a long time and are very slow. We even add a large white label stating that this item must be delivered to the patient in a timely fashion in hopes that will speed up the delivery process.
Remember, the patient will have to carry everything home and in some cases they do not have the resources or the time to take everything and will leave things behind. We strongly suggest for the patient that you deliver to their home where they are in a more relaxed environment and more likely to enjoy the item and eat the cookies.
